Our policy is to assist buyers and sellers with complete, accurate and timely information to make an informed decision in the real estate transaction process. We do not tell clients what to do, but rather, we allow them to choose the best option by presenting them with all of the necessary facts.
Our Unique Concept:
The unique concept of CCR arose out of the desire to offer buyers exclusive services for the home buying process, while assisting sellers in the sale of their property. CCR does not list property in the traditional sense, as it might create the potential for dual or 'limited' agency. This would violate our belief in 100% representation. CCR believes that limited agency can potentially compromise the integrity of a transaction. It may inhibit the agent to negotiate a contract to the best of his or her ability, especially when considering the restrictions and dynamics of limited agency.
Buyers -- We work in a full agency capacity and represent the client through the entire home buying process. Mortgage qualification, home criteria, touring, watching the market, contract negotiation, inspections, title work, repairs; these are just some of the duties that accompany being a competent buyer's agent. And one that works for you exclusively!
