For sellers, our consulting services…finding the agent best fitted to sell your home in your neighborhood…are FREE.  That’s right, as a seller, using CCR doesn’t cost you a nickel.  The consulting service produces agent production specific to your area. From that list the seller chooses three agents who have found success selling properties like yours in neighborhoods like yours. CCR contacts the agents and arranges independent interviews at the seller's house. With a CCR professional in your corner, choosing an agent has never been more enlightening!  You pick the agent and CCR negotiates on your behalf. Ultimately, we are paid a referral fee by the selected agent/broker. Our service helps sellers hire the best agent at the best rate.

Have you ever heard of the phrases “Dual or Limited Agency”?  It’s when a real estate agent represents both the seller and the buyer in a transaction.  While it is perfectly legal in Indiana and many other states, CCR has a problem with it.  In our opinion, a real estate agent should represent one side or the other…but not both.  We believe that “Limited Agency” can potentially compromise the integrity of a transaction.  For instance, it may inhibit the agent to negotiate a contract in the best interest of both parties, particularly when considering the ,restrictions and dynamics of “Limited Agency.”  So, we don’t do it.  We only, as a contracting agent, represent buyers. 

We believe this business model creates a stronger and more transparent relationship between the client and the broker/agent.
