  • Why does CCR not list property?
    Our consulting service stops short of an agency relationship since we focus only on the hiring of other brokers for the seller. Our business model eliminates any chance of dual agency. Instead, our emphasis is on assisting the seller to select the best agent at the best price. CCR consulting services save a seller time AND money.
  • How do CCR consulting services maximize client profit?
    Our service makes the listing a competitive bid between real estate companies. In most instances, our process usually saves clients money in the lowering of the commission rate. Even a ½ percent can mean thousands of dollars in savings for the seller. In our experience, nothing is more important to the seller than the net proceeds from the sale of their property. We identify the top agents who have listed and sold properties in particular areas. We then facilitate the listing interviews and help sellers negotiate the contract.
  • Are consulting services expensive?
    This is the best part: our services are completely free to the client. Our fee is paid by the listing broker who wins the listing contract. We are paid a referral at closing from the listing side of the fee. Our fee is inclusive in the negotiated commission, so it costs the seller nothing extra.
